Being able to sneak back into the kitchen at the Friends of Food event permitted me to see the various chefs at the end of their prep time.

Looks like quite a confab.
It was so fun walking into the kitchen where all but one of the chefs already knew me. I was offered tidbits to taste and overheard great conversation.
