Where is the Olympic Peninsula?
The Sequim area is a huge producer of lavender with over 30 farms. There is an annual festival the 3rd weekend in July each year. (Now you’re mixing me up with Custom Trip Planning! LOL)
Truly lovely and I bet the smell is heavenly.
It was amazing….permeating the whole area and of course the aromatherapy effects where also sweet…everyone in my family was calm and got along. LOL This field was part of a farm that also had a French restaurant and we sat outside to eat dinner.
I’ll have to remember to include this when (if?) I head up in that direction. It looks and sounds utterly delicious.
I love lavender. I found some lavender sugar and use it to make lavender sweet tea.
We grow herbs for a local restaurant and brought them in some lavender last summer…the pastry chef and the bartender had a wrestling match. LOL
